Three independent heating zone, advanced PID+FUZZY CONTROL algorithm to control the temperature, the profile more accurate.

Real-time display 3 set value plots(top, bottom and IR) and 4 process value plots(top, bottom, IR and outer), fine grid display(axis X&Y=5/grid), process deviation is more clear.

Real time profile analysis, use this function you can quickly find out a profile which same standard as factory.

Unique ”Keep+n” function, when you found the reflow time is not enough during profile running, you can press "Keep" to extend the heating time,  if the peak temperature is not reach, you can press "+n" to increase the temperature till the bead fully melted, the temperature will increase base the value inputed, with the real time profile analysis function, it is very convenient to find out the most proper profile. 

BGA bead video observation, high resolution industry camera and professional microscope lens, clear BGA bead melt video is more efficient for profile development.

Save and call out the profiles by ACCESS database, and display the set value plots on the chart, you can save large numbers of profiles, and you can batch operate the profiles by open the ACCESS database.

Delta smart fan, 5 options to control the fan speed, real-time monitor the fan speed, if the fan speed is abnormal, the machine will automatically stop heating, while switch on all the fans to cooling the BGA rework station.

BGA Chip overheat protection, you can set the overheat protection temperature at options subpanel, when the profile runs at the highest temperature stage, this function is available, it protects the BGA chip be free of overheating and protect your expensive BGA chip be free of damage.

Remark: standard BGA rework station does not include the vacuum pump, if you need add the vacuum pump, please contact us.

Besides the abnormal fan speed and chip overheat protection, other protection is COM port disconnected, thermocouple open circuit, high temperature of other stage /ramp, all sides to protect the machine/BGA Chip.

Multi-language supported, currently support Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese language, other languages will add in future.
